Wire brushing machine

It is used for brushing and cleaning the wire from remaining slag and is placed behind the breaker, directly under the calibrating machine. Machine holds six steel brushes sized 250x50 mm on electromotors. Brushes are placed in such a way they encompass the entire circumference of the wire. It is controlled by the use of controller. It is possible to adjust the pressure of the brushes on the wire and it has automatic brush depletion monitoring. When the wire is pulled into the machine, brushes are positioned in such a way to not interfere with the operation. This machine has a complete closed case and behind every chamber, there has to be dust vacuum cleaner. Wire leaves this machine clean, without rust and slag which allows for higher quality processing and welding.
